COMPUTER CONTROLLED REFRIGERATION

Doubl-Kold has developed a Computer Controlled Refrigeration   H.M.I. (Graphics) program that complements our Advanced System Control program. The H.M.I program gives the customer the freedom to design the graphical representation of the refrigeration system to his or her liking or view it in easy to read text mode and make changes to the control settings a breeze The Advanced System Control program is a Windows based state of the art program that gives more control to the operator then ever before with plenty of room for growth for the future.

DOS has been retired years ago as a development platform by our company and is in no way shape or form a part of the new control or H.M.I. system. It is still a stable program today but to keep up with new emerging technologies it’s use in developing new systems was over.

The two programs open up a new world to the operator by providing them with more options that they can change and screens they can design themselves. In other control systems, changes to the screens needed to be done by the manufacture or the operator needed to learn a complicated programming language, now most of the changes are available for the operator to manipulate.

In the Doubl-Kold system the control machine is separated from the operator interface machine, so the operator can use their operator interface machine to do other daily tasks like word processing, file keeping, e-mail as well as check on their other systems and disruptions to the operator interface machine will not affect control of the refrigeration system.

Our control systems have a very solid foundation with well over one hundred systems in operation. With many years of industrial control and refrigeration experience we can provide our customers with the best state of the art Computer Controlled Refrigeration today.

Control News Update:
The Advanced System Control program is now controlling and monitoring Gas Control Systems Inc. CO2 Scrubbers, VFD drives (capable of RS-485 serial interface) and Frick micros via RS-485, now the smart components can do their own control without extra hardware.
