Engineering Department

A Professional Engineer who has over 35 years of experience in industrial refrigeration manages the Doubl-Kold Engineering Department.  The engineering department CAD operator(s) uses ACAD to produce flow diagrams, isometric drawings, and 3-D drawings for generating bills of materials for projects.

Doubl-Kold Engineering Department can:

• Provide complete industrial refrigeration system designs, which would include CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Assistance in refrigeration system and refrigerated facility planning to meet present needs and future growth.
• Assist in preparing OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs.
• Act as a “Team Leader” or “Ammonia Refrigeration Specialist team member” for Process Hazard Analysis.
• Prepare PID’s for systems.
• Provide assistance in solving particular system problems.
• Do refrigeration system Mechanical Integrity audits.
• Do Compliance Audits for PSM/RMP.
• Energy analysis of refrigeration systems.
• Onsite survey and recommendation reports of systems.
